Breakfast and Location

Stayed here for a city break. The breakfast was the best part, with a variety of choices and delicious pastries. The hotel is located within walking distance to main attractions and restaurants. The room was also clean and comfortable.

The staff did not speak English and were not helpful at all. we did not enjoy our stay and would not recommend this hotel.

Great location, fast check in and check out, very good price.

The Wi-Fi did not work while I stayed there. I was told there was probably an ID mismatch, but it was clear that the Wi-Fi was just down and it did not ask for user ID and password as it should have. Luckily there are pubs and cafes that offer Wi-Fi around, so I used my laptop outside the hotel.

Nice clean rooms, well furnished, good value for money with excellent location.

The bathroom for room 409 was really smelling bad, maybe due to the drainage?

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the hotel and was upgraded to the 4-star Yasmak Sultan Hotel, just across the street. The staff at Olimpiyat were excellent and accommodating in every way. The breakfast at Yasmak Sultan was the best I had during my entire trip to Turkey. And the rooftop restaurant offered a fantastic view. I highly recommend this hotel in Sultanahmet area.

Fantastic location. Our friends recommended the hotel because of location and they were right, perfect. Pretty good value for cost. Nothing special, but the rooms were clean and a fair sized. But the location is the best asset.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice view to Gülhane Park. The hotel's location is perfect as it is close to all the Sultan Ahmet attraction points and near the main tourist spots.

All was alright.

This hotel is in an ideal location, very convenient for sightseeing in the historic center. All major landmarks are a short walk away and it's situated close to public transport. The rooms are clean and comfortable but on the small side, with windows that don't open and inadequate air conditioning, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet is satisfactory but nothing special.

The staff doesn't appear to be very friendly or accommodating, and some guests have even reported feeling unwelcome.

I had mistakenly booked a different hotel owned by the same company, but the staff at Olimpiyat were extremely accommodating. They managed to find me a room in a nearby hotel and ensured I had a great stay. The receptionist, Samat, was very helpful despite the busy atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Olimpiyat.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. the location was fantastic. It was within walking distance of all the main tourist spots in the Sultanahmet area. I could easily explore attractions like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Grand Bazaar without having to travel far. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near a tram station, making it easy to get around the city and explore other areas like Taksim and Ataturk Airport.

My stay at this hotel was great and there was very little that could be improved.

Excellent Location right in the middle of the City. Many interesting sites are within walking distance. Easy access using Tram.

Unmotivated and not particularly friendly receptionists. Breakfast could be better. The orange juice is a joke. Heavy noise from road construction work during the night (3 a.m.!) made it hard so sleep, but colleagues staying in other hotels nearby experienced the same.

Location is close to most of the tourist locations,tram stations,good restaurants and shopping centers.

Room size is very small.
